Are your employees showing signs of lacking initiative, struggling with projects, withdrawing, being off sick more? These are all signs of your employees being disengaged.

In an increasingly competitive employer landscape, businesses are struggling with erosion in company culture and team cohesion.  Act now to gauge disengagement within your company.

We offer a FREE employee engagement assessment, so you can find out which employees or teams are becoming less engaged. It will help identify how you can boost your employee engagement and build lasting sustainable performance.  It will deliver honest feedback, so you know where your business stands and where to focus to make an impact right away. Contact us to find out more here.

In our recent poll, a staggering 96% of you said that employees should have the right to disconnect from work.

So what does this mean?

UK workers are in the midst of an epidemic of hidden overtime. So demand is rising for the UK to follow France’s lead and make it law. This means that employees should have the right to not take work calls or read emails during their time off.

At the moment there are no plans to make it law in the UK. But, we’ll continue to watch out for any developments. It may be coming our way if employers don’t settle into a new way of working and agree on setting expectations and boundaries with their employees. If you’re struggling to switch off then read our top tips here.

Find out about the latest developments in employment law, affecting SME business owners and people managers.
