3. Interviewing service
• Posting the job advert on a leading job board and social media campaign
• Managing all CV screening, providing only qualified candidates
• Corresponding with all unsuccessful candidates
• Conducting pre-screen telephone interviews
• Arranging interviews on your behalf
• Service charge starts from of £2,450 per position
Psychometric Assessments
We also administer candidate profiling and behavioural assessments, which provide deep insights into a person’s behavioural preferences and communication style. As well as, assessing traits that predict job success and risk for derailment!
