New employment law checklist for busy business owners

Here’s what action you need to take….

Not only is it a new financial year, but, in April, the Government typically implements a wave of new employment legislation that you need to take immediate action on.

This year is no exception. There are a few big ones that you definitively need to be aware of.

Here’s the headlines:

→ National Minimum Wage has increased
→ Statutory maternity, adoption, paternity and shared parental pay has increased
→ Statutory sick pay has increased
→ If you’re a company with over 250 employees, your gender pay gap reporting needs to be published by the 4th too.

It is essential to take immediate action on these and to stay legally compliant to protect you and your business.

But as a business owner myself, we know how little time you have and how easy it may be to overlook this because you’re so busy.

That’s why we work with business owners to get their HR sorted. Giving you complete peace of mind.
