Unfortunately, our Chief Happiness Officer didn’t make a cameo appearance due to stage fright. Upon seeing the filming equipment, he made a quick exit! Nevertheless, this interview provided Rachel with a remarkable platform to share her journey.
During the challenging times of the COVID pandemic, a life-changing experience empowered Rachel to make a bold decision: to leave the corporate world and establish her own HR Consultancy – Haus of HR.
She also had the opportunity to discuss the success of her business grant from the BIPC Northamptonshire. This grant has enabled Rachel to expand her services through the Haus of Coaching, offering executive, leadership, and career coaching to further support individuals and organisations.
Over the past 20 months, Rachel has dedicated immense hard work, and has received unwavering support from the small business community which has been truly remarkable. It is through their support and the connections she made via FSB’s online networking that she has been able to form valuable relationships and gain new clients.
In recognition of her efforts, we’re proud to share that Haus of HR was named a finalist in the FSB’s 2023 East Midlands Awards for Start-Up Business of the Year. It is an honour to be acknowledged alongside such talented entrepreneurs.
