Happiness is working outside!

Our Chief Happiness Officer has upped sticks from the office and is now working outside a lot more, lapping up the fresh air and his daily dose of vitamin D.

If you or your teams are working in sedentary roles either at home or in the office, don’t forget the importance of breaks and getting outside – summer’s on its way!

We love a lunchtime walk listening to a podcast. Our latest favourite is Simon Sinek’s ‘A Bit of Optimism’ – listen to episode 53, it’s all about happiness!
