Haus of HR Founder joins expert panel to share practical insights on building a thriving, high-performing workplace through wellbeing
We are delighted to announce that our Director and Founder, Rachel Collar, will be speaking at an important forthcoming event aimed at helping businesses drive increased performance by placing mental health at the heart of their workplace culture.
The event is being hosted by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Trilogy Active at Duston Sports Centre on Wednesday 19 November 2025, starting at 08:30am.
At this “Business Before Hours” breakfast gathering, Rachel will speak on “the four pillars of wellbeing” – sharing practical insights, evidence-informed frameworks and actionable take-aways designed to equip business leaders, HR professionals and managers to enhance employee wellbeing, productivity, retention and performance.
Other speakers scheduled include local business owner Ashley Riley, who will share a personal journey of mental-health challenge and recovery, and author/researcher Dr David Smart who will speak on the global wellbeing movement “Action for Happiness”.
Trilogy Active’s Managing Director, John Fletcher, commented: “Businesses supporting their employees with their mental health and their wellbeing will see fundamental improvements to their performance… We are delighted that Rachel, Ashley and David will be joining us and sharing their experience and knowledge.”
The event is free to attend and presents a superb opportunity for companies of all sizes – from start-ups to established operations – to come together for light refreshments, networking and high-value insight before the working day begins.
If you’re an HR leader, business owner or manager curious about how to embed wellbeing into your performance strategy (and reap the benefits of improved engagement, reduced absence and increased productivity), this is an event not to miss.
