The Haus of HR team is delighted to announce the newest addition to our growing team – Nicky Sheppard, who joins us as an experienced HR Consultant.
Bringing over 15 years of experience in HR and recruitment, Nicky has a deep understanding of HR administration, employment law and a wide range of HR platforms. Her true passion lies in full-cycle recruitment – working with businesses to attract, assess and retain the right people to build stronger, more effective teams.
Nicky is also a strong advocate for neurodiversity and mental health in the workplace. She is committed to ensuring that recruitment processes and employee support systems are inclusive, fair and empowering for everyone.
Based on the South Coast of the UK, Nicky enjoys starting her day with a beach walk with her dog before diving into her work. While she may not be a fan of high-energy workouts, she has a love for travel and photography – always ready to explore new places and capture the beauty of everyday moments.
